This policy covers the ProClaimer marketing website. The ProClaimer portal and app run as a separate private system for each customer firm, and that firm's privacy policy covers them.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the "Schedule a demo" form: your name, firm name, work email, and optionally your phone number, claim volume, how you track claims today and a message.

How we use it

We use it to contact you about a demo and to prepare a quote. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, which forwards them to us by email. The site is served by a static web host.

Cookies and tracking

This site has no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If you change the light/dark theme, your browser remembers the setting locally, and that preference never reaches us.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep demo requests for as long as we're in touch about ProClaimer. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email demo@getproclaimer.com.
